After aging for 4 to 5 years in oak casks, this port has a full flavor of fruits as well as smoothness and freshness.
This high-quality wine results from the fermentation of white grapes and the addition of wine brandy, which stops the alcoholic fermentation.
As they age, sweet white wines will progress towards a golden crystalline color.
Cabral Carácter Reserva Especial
Aged in oak casks for more than 7 years, this is a special port from the best vineyards.
It has all the strength and the character of a vigorous red wine and is extremely smooth, despite its youth.
Cabral 10 years
The result of blending selected wines from the best vintages.
Aged in oak casks for an average of 10 years, this delicious wine is the perfect combination of smoothness and elegance.
Taste
Cabral Branco Fino
Clear, smooth and crystalline. The flavor is developed and woody, with notes of caramel, vanilla, chocolate and nuts.
Soft and vigorous, consistent, velvety, slightly peppery and very well balanced.
Cabral Caracter Reserva Especial
Intense dark red color. Fruity almond flavor with black cherries and crème brulée.
Velvety on the palate with noticeable spice.
Cabral 10 years
This Port features an attractive chestnut color. It offers a splendid aromas on the palate, subtly combining fruit with woody, slightly peppery notes, while incorporating the complementary flavors of vanilla, chocolate and nuts.
It tastes soft, almost vigorous, consistent, velvety, with a primarily woody taste. Very well balanced.
