Hand harvested, total harvest stemming. Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks with daily pumping.
Part of the harvest is fermented in stone bins called “Lagares”. Aged in French oak barrels for 15 months.
Dark ruby color, complex nose bursting with black fruits, eucalyptus, mint and vanilla.
Powerful attack, silky tannins, long finish with notes reminiscent of fruit soaked in brandy.
