Porto Sour


  • 1 oz Port Tawny Reserva Especial
  • 1 oz Port Carácter Reserva Especial
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0,5 oz Simple syrup infused with Thyme
  • 6 Fresh blackberries
  • 1 egg white or 1 vegan emulsifier dash


Crush 5 blackberries in the bottom of the shaker.

Add ice cream and shake all ingredients together for at least 2 minutes to get a nice foam.

Filter into a Collins cup or glass.

Garnish with fresh blackberries and serve
