Porto Sour
Ingredients
- 1 oz Port Tawny Reserva Especial
- 1 oz Port Carácter Reserva Especial
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0,5 oz Simple syrup infused with Thyme
- 6 Fresh blackberries
- 1 egg white or 1 vegan emulsifier dash
Preparation
Crush 5 blackberries in the bottom of the shaker.
Add ice cream and shake all ingredients together for at least 2 minutes to get a nice foam.
Filter into a Collins cup or glass.
Garnish with fresh blackberries and serve
