Vinification
This cuvee Selection is issued from a blend of grapes from young vines (20 years) and old vines (65 years, which gives it a unique profile. Aging during 18 months in French Barril Oak.
Taste
This wine has a deep color and concentrated dress, with purple hues. Nose with intense aromas and refined, opening on mature black fruit and toasty aromas fully integrated with the French oak. Powerful taste, confirming the presence of fruit maturity and aging extended by 18 months to give the size and sweetness on the palate.
Cocktails and pairings
Drinks well with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
Serve between 16º and 18ºC. Decant one hour before serving.
