Ingredients
- 1 oz White Port Cabral Branco Fino
- 1 oz of simple syrop infused with seaweed
- Fresh mint
- Quarters of lime
- Club Soda (at your taste)
Preparation
- Brew simple syrup with seaweed
- Mix club soda, simple syrup and port
- Spread ice and lime quarters in the glass
- Pour the Mojito
