Vinification
From the sub region Cima Corgo, these vineyards are planted in Alijó plateau with North / South exposure. Carefull selection of the grapes; total destemming with pre fermentative maceration following mild pressing of the grapes. Decantation following off skin wine fermentation with moderate temperature control, for almost a month, in stainless steel vats. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for a period of 4 months,with batonnages.
Taste
Citric color, clear with green highlights. Exuberant intense fruit with an aroma of orange blossom and citrus notes. Dry, intense, fresh and attractive. Mineral and vibrant mouth; good concentration that with a long and silky end.
Cocktails and pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, it is also a perfect match for a quick meal, salads, fish and seafood, pasta and risotto, white meat, pizza as well as oriental dishes. It should be served at a temperature between 8º and 10º C. It can be consumed immediately or in the next 2 years. The wine should be stored in a cool place (12 to 14ºC), dry, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Being a natural product, the wine can create deposit with age.
