After a careful manual selection of grapes on the conveyor belt and destemming, the must is decanted statically at low temperature. The fermentation in “bica aberta” at controlled temperature (12 – 14ºC) occurs in stainless steel vats for about 1 month. At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine aged for a period of 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Modern pale pink. Fruity with light floral notes and red fruits. Intense nose and captivating. Very fresh in the mouth. Subtle and harmonious delicate and elegant finish.
Cocktails and pairings
Excellent aperitif. Best served with salads, fish and seafood, pasta and risotto, white meats, pizzas as well as sorted oriental cuisine. It should be served at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C. To be consumed immediately, or within the next 2-3 years.
